May all beings be free from suffering and the root of suffering.

May we compost the shit in our experience, reap the harvest of the vision in the fertile ground we turn and cook the manifestation in the cauldron of our prayerful attention.

Into the compost I throw all of the insecurities that come when I question my Value in the universe

And into the cauldron I place my connection to all of the beauty available in the universal flow

Into the compost I place my stubborn ego scrapping with my heart grappling for its territorial position in my experience

Into the cauldron I place my humble compassion for it is there that I find the power in my vulnerability

Into the compost I place my fear and result of not being understood or accepted

Into the cauldron I place my ability to understand myself and I put all of the beautiful ones who see me in my perfect imperfection.

Into the compost I
Place my self righteous moments and behaviors

And into the cauldron I place self awareness and empathy for others’ struggle

Into the compost I put my self judgement about wanting to be loved and recognized for the gifts I share

And into the cauldron I place full permission from creator to seek my tribe.

Into the compost I place my guts for the picking

In the cauldron I brew
An incredible masala of vision and action.

Till the earth. Plant the seeds. Harvest the beauty. Cook something beautiful.
And don’t forget to save some seeds replanting.

May all beings be free from suffering and the root of suffering.

A’ho.

**Compost and cauldron, a gift shared with me by Nina Simons and Rachel Bagby and Toby Herzlich in their blessed holding of me on my journey (and many others) in cultivating Women’s Leadership.

May my sharing gift anyone who reads this with this beautiful practice.
